honestly only reason I been relapsin alot is because im actually turning down sex, and trying to stop beating my shyt at the same time....this is what true willpower will be defined from.

I dont get having sex, and abstaining from masturbation at the same time....you still bust a nut, so it defeats the purpose of abstaining.
