if you want advice in regards to benefits, some of the shyt that posters have mentioned is
-a higher energy level
-more concentration
-more sexually virile(pause)
-clearer thought processes
now we don't know if these effects are placebo or not, but most male dominated forums are doing some variation of this challenge, and echoing similiar effects.
Now advice so that you can keep going longer
-do pushups/situps when you feel the urge
-don't let the thought of quitting linger on in your mind, just let the thought leave your head slowly
-stay busy and don't put yourself in a position to get tempted
