16 days in. At this point there's no doubt NoFap/Porn on its own won't guarantee hormonal changes (focus/energy = testosterone). For 2018 I've clocked consistent 8-hrs sleep. However, diet's and exercises have been the same. The greatest gain is exercising inhibition - which I'd done in 4/5 dys. New goal is add improved diet and beginner bb plan & see how that influences NoFap. There's was a JBO thread a while back of core routine/kegels i'll be trying those too.

finished the challenge a few days ago :manny:
i guess i feel good, the whole superpowers shyt is overexaggerated though. then again, when I did watch porn or fap it was like 2 times a week max
