I did a year, but I couldn't even fathom doing hard mode. Congrats. Get out there and make some mistakes shooting your shot breh. You're probably not going to be properly calibrated at first because you haven't had enough female contact and your body is going to be raging to bust a nut :mjlol:

Make sure that you redirect that energy now that you've accomplished the year, because even though channeling your sexual energy toward business, health and peace of mind is invaluable, never lose sight of the fact that it's there to have sexual relationships with women.
