I was jacking off a LOT. Like daily or sometimes 2x a day so for me the benefits started to show up on the 2nd day of no fap. First thing i noticed was increased vigor, energy, confidence. Few days after that, working out started to feel like it did ten years ago. No lie my strength has gone through the roof in only a few weeks and muscle recovery seemed to be better.
