what changes did you see in the 95 days?

In short, I got shyt done. I've always struggled with procrastination but I became far more efficient at simply getting tasks done and being more active e.g. going to the gym. I have limited interaction with women but in general I just became less thirsty. Also, it may be too much information for some but my erection improved massively in terms of size and stiffness, it had me feeling like I could punch holes in walls with my dikk.

Yes to hardmode. My target was 100 days and I found that from day 85ish onwards I was just looking forward to day 100 to jerk off and it got to the point where I was overwhelmed by constant thoughts of porn and began to watch a little each day until day 96 when I broke.

For me the key to this shyt is not to set a target but operate with a view to never doing it again and acknowledging milestones along the way.
