been a bit on top at times but here we are, halfway.


few things ive noticed, wondering if anyone else has???

wondering if i'm needing that extra spray over deodorant come the end of the working day? are my pheromones tooting their horn a bit?

Good stuff homie. I'm right behind you on Day 62. Feels kinda like clearing your head with this no fap opens you up to finding the other stuff in your life that needs to be fixed. I've never been anti any kinda substance and still aren't, but cutting stuff out is definitely getting my mind and body right. I'ma see how far it can go too.

With Friday here, I'd love a cold brew right now but am going to skip it and stay sober and hydrated.
