One positive is that I've been sleeping better at nights since I started this and have a lot more energy. I just hate feeling like my dikk is dead though :to:

Part of the interesting thing about this journey is recognizing and dealing with triggers. For example, a couple nights ago I wondered in to JBO and saw a thread titled "Young Becky's" :sadcam:. Normally I'd be all up in that thread but I asked my nikka @Brooklyn to ban me from JBO for the next three months.

Just 30 minutes ago I was on the toilet with my laptop and this overwhelming urge to look at porn and jackoff hit me out of nowhere. I then realized that a lot of the times when I watched porn and jackoff was when I was in the bathroom. Now I won't take my laptop to the bathroom any more.
