I'm on my phone so I can't link the studies. But like I said if you were truly addicted to porn than going back to it will not help you in the long run. The dopamine release you get from watching porn is exactly the same as heroin/cocaine etc... That rush you get is what you chase and it depletes your brain chemistry making it very hard no pun to enjoy anything
