One of the biggest benefits I see from NoFap is the assertiveness. I feel alert when I put these runs together. I make decisions faster, and with conviction. This particular run has changed a lot of shyt.
I was that nikka that complained about not having bytches but never did anything about it. I complained about not having a social life but never really went out when offered. shyt was moist. Got on this NoFap shyt and said fukk it, let me fukking do this shyt properly.
In the three weeks since I've started. I've quit my job. Went on three dates. fukked two bytches and scored three job interviews. You might scroll back and see that I started combining this shyt with meditation too. I refuse to believe all this has come about as a result of coincidence. This shyt is good breh. Real good. It's got to the point where I don't even wanna tempt fate by looking at porn now. I see an intriguing JBO thread title and KIM calmly. I feel like I can see clearer ffs.

So far, no relapses, spent all day moving some more of my stuff out of my old place as I continue to settle in at my new digs.

This right here. Before I would go back and forth on a decision. Taking in the positive and negatives and eventually taking too long to make decisions that I would fukk the option up for myself. One of the biggest changes I notice like homie said is the assertiveness. Even if I'm making the wrong decision I'll will it to work. Feeling like Drake spinning L's into wins
