Good to see that the coli has a thread on this. Found YBOP in December 2012 when I just turned 16 and after I started it no PMO the positive effects were unbelievable, especially in the beginning. Only issue is I still haven't rebooted properly and my max was only 40 days (last year). This shyt is difficult to get through.

And to anyone who thinks this started with some religous nuts, Gary Wilson is an atheist and if you look at YBOP, Your Bran Rebalanced, reddit no fap etc the VAST majority of posters are young, secular and have had extremely similair experiences, which should be an indicator that this is a major, unprecedented and growing issue. The changes porn addiction does to your brain chemistry can be enormous.

Apparently testosterone (and arousal i'm assuming) spikes on the seventh day without PMO before levelling off again, that's why it's so difficult on the seventh day.
