indeed I am my brother. i'm not saying everybody will come away sharing the same viewpoint as myself but if you aren't a hardcore junkie in either, you're more than likely wasting 90 days. If you fap and/or watch porn 3 times a week or less, you're probably wasting time. Anything more than that, yea then....this challenge may be the best thing for ya
I dunno breh. I'm on day 135 and I feel like I've seen results. The thing that worries me tho is that I haven't fukked since I started, so I don't have that to truly gauge my progress.
I just deleted all my porn off my computer(plus my internet is off). I think I can do this. :sadjamarcus:
