Again I ain't got much to say about Olga and Steven, but this goes to show that those who are broken internally need to somehow find a way to get some type of therapy whether it's spiritual or physical before deciding to enter in a serious relationship bringing up a child as past issues will creep up in the relationship; for instance When Olga was breastfeeding the baby and barely talking to him from his perspective he felt like he was being ignored which made him remember how he was treated like as a child which triggered him to lash out. Again this is why it's vital to know your partner before you decide to have a baby, had Olga had more time to know Steven she may have probably not had to endure the current situation that she's in now.
