Well Indonesia used to be a British colony, I wouldn't be surprised that they get taught British English by a brit in every school there. I don't think she's hella rich this delusional bytch is probably upper middle class or middle- middle class which is probably seen as wealthy in Indonesia it's not expensive over there to have Maids/Domestic helpers there.
