abused kids are always afraid of consequences. in his young mind he was probably very afraid of saying something because he thought something worse would happen to him and his other siblings. Can’t put that type of responsibility on someone who’s probably been abused his whole life.

thats very believable and likely thats what happened. The 7 year old has a fractured face and needs surgery. Those kids were being beat on . Didn't even accept hot meals , so I believe their abuse was inclusive and probably since they can remember

I saw this shyt on the news Monday evening and knew shyt wasn't adding up. Maybe the eviction moratorium prevented them from being evicted but what about the electricity? If that's not being paid, reliant, txu, etc will cut your shyt off. No power means no a/c during summer of 2020 and this past summer and no heat during the winter storm back in February. A lot of people either lost power or here in Houston, lost water for almost a week.
