More government to actually develop their land, fund their schools, and create jobs... just a guess, I dunno :ld:

Well, as someone who majored in economics and works a lowly paid job in politics i can tell you it isn't that simple. First, schools are built and funded on local property taxes so... if no one isn't making money and their property values aren't adequate then it is null and void. Jobs aren't just created out of thin air. There are prospects that are taken into account like educational attainment of the local population, what type of education, the infrastructure of the area.

Republican ideologies are actually more favorable to black people advancing just the elected officials are mixing church and state.

  • Less government (less people in our business)
  • gun rights (black people love guns, protect ourselves)
  • War (black people beef over corners so no beef over oil)
  • self-sufficiency (black wall street in Tulsa, OK and Overtown in Miami prior to the expansion of I-95)
  • Immigration (we're not even straight enough to be letting more people siphoning resources)
Democrats and liberals handicapped black people and made us more depended on them more than ever before. A symptom of communism.

Continental U.S.
And it literally has nothing to do with this article.
:leostare:

How would voting Democrat make the State richer :lupe:

More government to actually develop their land, fund their schools, and create jobs... just a guess, I dunno :ld:

Like California for ex. :lupe:

California is already significantly developed. This article is talking about towns that resemble the late 1800s. Not analogous.

My point was that California a democratic developped state is broke :lolbron:

It's poor down here, brehs. They're makin' a new interstate, not even bein' a CAC it's named i-69. They think this will bring people from other states in more often that do road trips or if they're traveling to buy new shyt.

Shyt ain't been the same since Goodyear factory was closed down here.:snoop:

The article is cooking their numbers. I did a quick google search on Lumberton, NC and that town only has a population of 20k while the county of Robeson is 135k. So the article basically took the county population and applied it to the city of Lumberton. :childplease: When you look at these places they're mostly small rural towns in the middle of nowhere with populations barely over 20k. I doubt someone whos living in a rural town making 30k/yr is worst off than someone In LA or New York whos making 40k/yr.
