I'm from Louisiana and Imma assume most of Bama, Mississippi, and Georgia are the same as here and say most of the population is uneducated, Outside the major cities there are no Job industries but Agriculture , Aquaculture, and Oil and your not getting in those fields unless you know the right people , high teenage pregnancy rates , high dropout rates, High incarceration rates , etc which all equals = general hopelessness and high crime
