I watch boxing ON TV AND YouTube all day every day....I definitely know what I'm talkin about....It don't matter who shawn porter been in there with....its about skills, and his skillset is nowhere near where Spences is at. Out of all those dudes on his resume, he aint never looked impressive, or shown that without a doubt, he was the more dominant and skilled fighter and its been that way since he first beat Devon Alexander. Adrian Granados made shawn porter look ordinary as fvck and so did Ugas, who many people feel beat shawn porter in his last fight. Shawn is a rough fighter with heart and tenacity but that shxt wont work for him in this fight. He can try to be rugged all he wants, but that would mean he has to fight on the inside and Spence is a WAY better inside fighter and will tear shawns ribs up...if shawn tries to box on the outside like he did against Danny Garcia and Ugas, he is getting Jabbed tot he face all fight. Spence is finna show the difference in levels once again. Bud the only one gonna match spence. Porter aint the one.

to me porter is starting to wear down...mostly because i think hes been struggling to make 147...dude debuted as a super middle..the bradley shyt he adopted when he went to 147 has not worked on naturally big welters...if there was ever a time i think porter is ripe for the picking..its now..porter's boxing is not great to me..never has..i see him taking a lot of punishment from spence

now if porter somehow pulls this off then he is the number 1 welter in the world ..and crawford would really need to find a way to make a significant fight asap

How is he way more talented than Spence when Spence has the wayyyyy more heralded background and pedigree? Also, Spence is way more dynamic offensive fighter than Broner. You are never going to have to tell Spence, “Let your hands go,” if you’re in his corner. He actually fights off the jab instead of sitting on one punch waiting for a perfect opening to throw some bullshyt hooker-cut 2/3 times a round like AB. Spence creates offensive openings all round long.

Some of y’all boys on this board are slow. Y’all watch a lot of boxing (even the joints that come on public access and Telemundo), but really don’t understand much about the sport — or actual fighting talent. I’m not surprised. The same lot had convinced themselves that Garcia-Spence was a pick ‘em, or that Spence can’t box, or Garcia is a “master boxer” because his family and Fox said so.

Porter is about to get his asswhooped. What is he going to do? Outbox Spence from the outside? Breh, JUST lost to fukking Ugas (the streets know he lost) trying to fight from the outside. Dont get me wrong brother... I like Spence..
If he continues to improve and maybe gain those skills that some other boxers have, and get more experience against better opponents...
I think he will be the p4p best..
But all those things have to happen before he gets exposed .
And I definitely will be betting on porter... by decision
