Okolie has big power, he will move to heavyweight 1 day. He could improve his technique in some aspects at times, could use jab more also.

He can be but can also be very entertaining with big punches and knockouts. It depends who he's fighting, if it turns into a hold fest very boring.
That's 1 of the biggest areas he needs to improve.

How many fights of his have you seen? I saw his fight against Chamberlain I think and it was 1 of the worst most boring fights have seen, but saw some after that were entertaining with big powerful blows and KO's.
Hopefully Okolie's next fight for a world title, his power is a game changer at Cruiserweight can hurt anybody. As I said will likely move up 1 day. He's sparred a lot of heavyweights.
