Burnett looked like he strained his back or worse and had to stop fighting while Martin started very very slow and then got hit with a rabbit punch, two body shots complained and got the fight called off.

I don't think anybody will complain that much about that stoppage though, Martin was beaten from pillar to post, I for one was glad it was over already, he just took unnecessary punishment at that time without a real chance of winning
