This is it brehs... I'll be DVRing Smackdown on FOX but I doubt I'll be catching it Live. End of an era.

will say the last 3+ years of having Smackdown on Tuesday nights has been fun 
them going live instead of a boring, taped show was the best thing they ever did for Smackdown
with that said it will be cool to see them on a main broadcast station. they will be just fine on Friday nights and the ratings will likely be better.
however, the only thing that remains to be seen is what they will do for the big post-WrestleMania shows and other main PPV shows (Royal Rumble, SummerSlam etc.)? I highly doubt they will host the post-Mania Smackdown show in the same city again considering it will be the following Friday instead of being conveniently on that Tuesday. or will they? will they start Mania weekend early by hosting Smackdown in the same city the Friday before Mania? or will Fox just shift Smackdown to Tuesday for those weeks?
