As a face whose gimmick is basically "best wrestler in the world," he was put in an awkward position of having to talk around a controversial match where, whether the ref's decision stands or not, he knows he lost from the standpoint of having an inherent sense of honor.

It's different if he's a heel and Joe's a face. He could just harp on the ref's decision standing and how it's Joe's fault he left it in the hands of officiating because he wasn't good enough to get it done outright.

He should’ve been like “nah fukk that. I don’t want any asterisk victories. I don’t want joe complaining that he didn’t get a fair shot. I want him eradicated and I want him out of my life once and for all. I got the W officially but I’m not happy about it and in Australia I plan to show why.” Boom done. You show him as a fighting champion, someone who may be too cocky for his own good, and someone who won’t take shortcuts regardless of where they come from

Did getting attacked by that dog somehow derailed Shinsuke's momentum?

Not getting the title during his feud w/AJ and then getting sidelined in his own feud w/Jeff by The Rand Wizard and THEN being inexplicably taken off tv despite being the US champ derailed Shinsuke.

Gedo is probably calling Shinsuke everyday reminding him he could come home and be treated like a King instead of a peasant

I'm CONVINCED they do. We hate what they want us to like, we like what they want us to hate. They can't win. Not our fault their creative decision suck ass, tho

crazy thing about that is why would something be on the show we aren't supposed to like too much? ok maybe you expected something else to be bigger, but seems like it should be a W for something to catch on lol

That James Storm/Magnus feud was entertaining as hell.
Storm is underrated in the amount of quality feuds he had...the one with Roode was good and the one with Ryno was just hilarious.

if Aiden turned getting kicked outta Rusev day turned him into some tortured Phantom of the Opera like character that stalks Rusev while singing shyt and doing crazy shyt to him; i'm for it lol
