They just building up Ego’s title reign so that Trick eventually challenges him again.

I wouldn't put it past them doing it tho. With Hendry's appearances doing big numbers for them, having Hendry go over Page makes more sense than Hendry going over Trick IF that's their goal. It could have been the reason they put the title on Page in the first place.

However Trick always seems better chasing the title. That title loss still protected him since it was a screwy finish.

It will be interesting to see if Hendry will have a match at TNA Emergence on August 30th, just 2 days before No Mercy.

It would be a sight to see him on TNA TV and Victory Road as NXT Champion. So many possibilities, which makes this so interesting to see what they do.
