Where's your outrage for "cancer control?" Or "heart disease ban?"
Where's your outrage for "cancer control?" Or "heart disease ban?"
obviously i wasnt expecting people to "ban cancer"
the point is, youre much more likely to die from the fukking flu then a mass shooting. youre much more likely to die in a auto accident then any gun related incident. I dont hear people saying, "ban cars." It's an irrational fear. Pushed by mainstream media as propaganda. When in reality most people should be scared of dying from a heart attack because they're lazy fat fukks.
You dont hear people say ban cars...because thats fukking stupid
You do see speed limits...lawmakers giving harsher penaltys on DUIs... and cops cracking down on traffic crimes...etc.
You dont hear people say cancer control...because its fukking STUPID.
You do hear people donate millions towards cancer research...people educating people towards eating better...laws making cigarette companies warning people the effects of smoking...and millions of anti-tobacco messages...etc
You don't hear people say heart disease ban...because thats fukking STUPID...what the fukk does that even mean!? What argument are you making? Faux outrage to offset what other stupid people are saying about gun Laws...any ways...
you DO hear people talk about checking your family history since heard disease is hereditary...you do hear people talk about making regular checkups with their cardiologist and you do hear people to tell you to be healthier.
You do see people calling for people to ban guns...because its fukking smarter than pretty much every other alternative that people have thought of to control gun violence (for the record i'm a gun owner).
For the record...You are NOT more likely to die due to the flu...than a mass shooting (you should be including all shootings anyways)...Flu deaths are lumped together with other similar health deaths to help get people to invest in Flu shots...If you research this the real number of true flu deaths are in the low double digits...NOW who's being effected by media hype?
CDC estimates that from the 1976-1977 season to the 2006-2007 flu season, flu-associated deaths ranged from a low of about 3,000 to a high of about 49,000 people. (a year)
CDC - Seasonal Influenza (Flu) - Questions and Answers Regarding Estimating Deaths from Influenza in the United States
thats in the range of all gun deaths.
you can call me fukking stupid all you want, but im not giving up my constitutional rights, bottom line.
I'm glad you used CDCs stats as an exampleThe vaccine liability shield that Congress gave doctors and drug companies in 198618 and the public-private business partnership between government and the pharmaceutical industry that Congress created after Sept. 11, 2001,19, 20 is paying big dividends for liability free drug companies and liability free doctors selling flu shots to more than 300 million Americans.
It doesn't matter if 80 percent of all flu-like illness is really caused by other viruses and bacteria and not influenza,21, 22 or that flu vaccine efficacy is estimated at 60 percent to 80 percent, depending upon age and what kind of vaccine is given
CDC employees also used a convoluted statistical modeling scheme to "estimate" that 36,000 people die from influenza in the U.S. every year. Again, they counted not just influenza death cases but also threw in other respiratory, circulatory, cardiac and pulmonary deaths they thought might have been associated with influenza.31
CDC: We Don't Know How Many Influenza Deaths There Are
Meanwhile, doctors at the CDC now quietly admit on their website that the "CDC does not know exactly how many people die from seasonal flu each year."46 Having gotten that cradle to the grave flu shot recommendation firmly in place, they are backing away from the 36,000 influenza death figure. CDC now says that "only 8.5 percent of all pneumonia and influenza deaths and only 2.1 percent of all respiratory and circulatory deaths" are influenza related.
You can almost hear those liability free drug companies and doctors laughing all the way to the bank.
