its better to pick and choose, and it woulda been better if he didnt add all those classics, theyre in the way of the exclusives, i dont need his dl if i want to read mark twain. hidden piff in there for sure tho.

Read Lawrence Otis Graham's Our Kind of People

There were parts in that book that had me pissed off at white collar middle class Black folks:mad: Other parts that's just unintentional comedy to say the least. But overall you will walk away from the book respecting their commitment to academic and professional excellence, even though they are f*cked in so many different ways.
