Man, the 80s is the best decade in music to me.
Exactly like OP said... people still had real singing/playing talent but than mixed with the modern technology.
Reverb was overdosed but man what did it sound good.

80's hit records seem to be timeless.
You still hear a lot of 80s songs on the radio. More than the 90s/00s era.
I personally think you will still hear them in the next 50 years.
Music today don't have that sustainability.
