Definitely Transformers & GIJoe. I think they tried or are trying to cross over GIJoe with MASK in the movies, that could've been cool back in the day

Recess / Hey Arnold crossover - Would be interesting to see how they interact. Vince and Gerald , Gretchen and Gus with Phoebe, TJ and Arnold, Spinelli and Sid, the Ashleys and Rhonda, Mickey and Harold.

Samurai Jack / TMNT - Shredder and Aku team up. Samurai Jack and TMNT come together to stop them. That initial fight when Samurai jack meets TMNT before they realize they on the same side could be dope.

GI Joe & G1 Transformers should've crossed over...seen comic covers of it, so I think a cartoon version would've been dope
