This is a worthless angle. For starters this study accounts for race in their figures.The agenda to normalize anti black hate continues apace. And dumb ass nikka nerds and goofy wenches trying to fit in are cosigning this. “Political Correctness” is a label applied to any point of view that rejects the attitudes and behaviors that constitute white supremacy.
Americans shunning racist speech predates this era of political correctness. Brehs would sock whites for calling them nikkas and it was expected. The whole point of dog whistle politics is because that speech was shunned.

Not everything has to be taken as 100% serious especially jokes. Some people act like they’re on the spectrum where they seem to ignore context or sarcasm or maybe they’re just looking to be offended.
The fact that people don’t want comedians making edgy jokes anymore and think comedy is now a lesbian going on stage telling stories about being raped is pretty sad
