Push does not equal popularity. You all know this. And people were agreeing with OP in this thread; Daniel Bryan IS just another wrestler at the moment but we'll see if he can recreate the magic of his 2012 heel run. I'm skeptical.

Now granted, he may lose to Brock and lose the title back to AJ next week and everything goes back to normal and they did all this just to have a match for people to care about in Survivor Series
The fact that he actually got booed for the turn shows you this isn't Bryan at his peak so yeah, Yes Movement over. Also, no one here is complaining and saying the turn is to sabotage him because everyone knows he is stale. I watched it on YouTube just now, he looks demented and/or sneaky. Seems a lot more muscular (
) than I remember as well. I don't know man. I don't foresee a Becky Lynch style heel run for Bryan but the match with Lesnar will ultimately determine how they want to push him. If he holds his own with Brock then I expect domination over the rest of the SD! roster. If he's ragdolled and nearly squashed and sneaks away with the title I expect a lot of bytching and moaning during this title reign because he might be booked like '02 Jericho.
