Dude grabbing his shin, but I didn't really see any kind of twist or even it the side of the table hitting his shin directly head on.

If anything maybe twisted his ankle, but that didn't look bad.

Additionally did the grab, release, grab and release thing. Usually if you're hurt like that you're basically bracing it for about a minute straight.
