What was the story of why they played Natural Born Killers during the entirity of New Jack matches?

They never really said, but Paul E, had a hook for everyone. I loved that about ECW, everybody just got featured in there own unique way. New Jack only punched, hit people with weapons and did splashes from High PLaces... so I guess that was his way of accentuating his character and it worked. Cuz I cant hear Natural Born Killaz without thinking of New Jack. His character was great...
