I did say Lashley should have a crew
Thought the show had some pretty big flaws:
1) Why are you having someone being sold as an assistant and doesn't know how to wrestle in kayfabe win your women's title? I swear if she shows up on next show in full gear talking about "I've been taking wrestling lessons".... The title being vacated is the only thing that makes sense here.
2) The pool promo throughout the show with EC3 and Galloway COMPLETELY killed any momentum for the main event. These guys were practically best friends by the end of those segments, and how is that supposed to make me feel regarding their match being personal and hate filled? Ridiculous.
3) Why is DJ Z still cutting promos on Lashley? This is one of the instances where a little guy saying this stuff about such a big dude like Lashley is cringe as shyt and actually buries himself. If they are planning a DJ Z/Lashley, feud after he drops the world belt at BFG, that's not something I want to see. And if they are trying to bring back credibility to the X-Div after Lashley shyt on it, just let that be, he's supposed to be a monster and do that.....
And If I had to take one point I liked about the show, is they continue to handle the Bennett/Moose breakup tease well, and Lashley offering to get with Moose is a great development. They are doing an awesome job at keeping Bennett in the title mix with the wins, as well as portraying Moose to be an important factor in him winning.
Turning Galloway heel is months too late, but at least they finally did it. He just seems so average to me. Average moveset, average on the mic, average look. Like he's 6'4, and LANKY as hell. Imagine if he bulked up a bit, would look better and it's not like he still couldn't do all of his moves. We will see what he can do as a villain though.
