the injury might be part of it. They saying Mox was the one who pushed for the Dynamite match early and Punk "eventually' went with it

Haven't read through the whole thread, but I think that it's not just the injury, but the fact that they didn't want to do this in Chicago at All Out. If Punk is hurt and they had to do a squash to get the belt off of him, the only thing that would be accomplished by doing it in Chicago is turning one of your biggest wrestlers (maybe even THE top guy in AEW per booking) into a mega heel in your home away from home. If I were Mox, there's no fukking way i would want to be sabotaged like that.

Now, I've also seen rumors that they're still doing Punk/Mox at All Out. If so, they better have something GOOD planned for the PPV. Otherwise, this is just baffling in terms of booking and timing.

So everything everyone's ever said about Eddie getting in his own way and being an incredible, self-sabotaging annoyance is...still true? And everything I've said about Eddie being a loudmouth a$$hole lacking in all self-awareness is...still true? Perish the thought.

Even if Sammy is lying about what Eddie did (or, rather, didn't) say about the fat insult, I still stand by my statement. No reason for him to try and get physical with Sammy like that even if he did cross some kind of personal line. Check him, sure, but all the other nonsense is unnecessary.

Every quarter nearly at one million or above. Obviously lost viewers after the Moxley match but still stayed high compared to the recent trend. Demo didn’t drop nearly as much after the Moxley match as total viewers did.
