I won’t say weirdos. I will say a lot of them watch all the fights but have no eye for actual boxing talent. They expect fighters to be perfect and make no mistakes, and harp on said “mistakes” but overlook obvious and innate boxing ability. I remember dudes on here thinking Lamont Peterson was going to beat Spence
, or Mikey Garcia was going to outbox Spence . It was clear Spence was a world champion fighter after like the Chris Algieri fight . I don’t know if Manny is getting stopped. He’s a tough dude. Thurman was able to hurt him with some shots in the second half of the fight. Manny is going to lose, though. It will be entertaining, but yeah. It’s a loss and he’s going to lose non-controversially. It’s just Spence time right now over someone like Manny at this stage in his life.When Ennis starts beating “elite” dudes the fukk down they’ll be acting like they weren’t naysayers or skeptics. As far as hands-hands dude is a problem for anyone at 147 RIGHT NOW, but boxing moves incredibly slow and he’ll be the man in 3 years or so.

. There’s no cap. You also have to couple that with talk from the random thoughts thread around the same time the fight was announced. There’s brehs that only post in the random thoughts thread that are highly respected by y’all that don’t ever post in fight threads (as they’re happening). You know this. So, if they say: Spence is going to be in a dogfight with Lamont in that thread - it will gain traction. As far as master teacher: it has nothing to do with him in particular. I’ve been felt that way about this boards inability to see obvious talent.
