If anything Manny should be reinstated as WBA Super and this should be a unification, on the condition that the winner of this fight must fight Ugas next for the belts or be stripped.

I'm sure Ugas will take that deal, he would get a huge payday either way and a chance at 3 belts or still be the legit WBA Super champ if they don't fight him.
