I don’t think that’s a bad theme honestly.

He just didn’t need a new theme but he probably decided to change it.

Themes are subjective. The guy who is using it has to hear it more than anyone so if they like it, they are probably gonna keep it.

Plus we don't know all the legal, music rights matters that occurs when these are made or them wanting to use older themes.
