And to be honest, that's more because of Zelina and Lana's feud than Almas/Rusev. Without Zelina he'd probably be chilling with Naito right now.

This match should had been the opener. EC3 really been a bust during his NXT run and this match is exposing the hell out of him.

EC3 is all character. He's not very good in the ring at all. He had the chance to work with legends like Kurt Angle and Sting and he hasn't learned anything.
