There are no perfect fighters. All fighters have holes. Crawford is a very slow starter and to be serious Ortiz would be the most dynamic offensive guy he’s ever fought. Hell, Mean Machine knocked down Crawford too. Crawford is also not Pernell Whitaker or some shyt either. Both guys could probably hurt the other, and Ortiz would not just give up easily. You can tell by his overall disposition and fighting style. Make that shyt happen, and let the best man win. Boxing has wayyyyyy too fukking many fights not happening between top guys because of “hypothetical” wins. Lace ‘em up and prove it in the ring.
In terms of who I actually think would win, I will say I don’t think any of the guys fighting at 147 currently “easily” beat Ennis or Ortiz, right now. Those are some bad boys. Nobody that fights at 147 currently is going to get in the ring and destroy them in a round or two. They’re clearly world class fighters.
