I understand what Tim was saying to SOG about not having a loss but Tim's first loss came to one of the greatest fighters of all time. There's no shame in that.

I can see because both are counter-punchers who are not the pot-shotter kind but rather the ones that enjoy taking your head off but they are also different in other ways. JMM didn't have Lopez's explosive bursts and athleticism in general and Lopez doesn't have JMM's combination punching, he isn't as much in his element in a dog fight as JMM used to be.

Solid performance by Teo, I guess good for a "get back", not much to say really, the expected happened. Ref jumped the gun a bit too early, could have let Campa go out on his shield but the writing was on the wall

Marquez was arguably the 2nd best counterpouncher of his time behind Floyd Mayweather. Skill for skill, Lopez doesn't come close. That's just not a comparison that would have entered my head. But yes Lopez isn't just a pot shot type of fighter, he is going to take your head off. But outside of that that is where the comparison ends. Lopez power, athleticism and hand speed bail him out of situations that Marquez could get out of without needing it.

zayas was looking strong as fukk but he wouldn't be following the PR boxing lineage without adding the PR special to his repertoire...still needs to clean his defense a little bit but the power is def there...russell mora again fukked up with stopping the fight where it shouldn't have been stopped..espadas was steady after that last KD
teofimo lopez looked and maintained alot of his speed and explosiveness at 140..campa for the first couple of rounds made a fight of it but he eventually got busted because he couldn't handle the speed and power that was coming at him...a little showboating here and here but teofimo got the stoppage....its funny how barboza was sitting right there ringside next to oscar and his whore of the evening and not one mention of him in the call out...honestly dont even think teofimo was 100 percent but whatever he was it was enough to get campa out of there

teo looked good. But this guy also got knocked out by someone 10-8 or something like that. So it went down like everyone expected. Looking forward to the step up in competition tho. If anybody needed a warm up confident fight he needed it, unlike Ryan Garcia who has had 3 this year lol. I got Regis Prograis beating Teo. Especially if he wanna have another 2 week training camp
