That might be too much for him as of now, Ugas is serious, but if Ortiz keeps improving sure. They are not in the same "stable" though so I doN't think it happens anytime soon.
Ortiz vs Ulysse would be interesting maybe if Ortiz can make 140 again but his last 2 fights were at 147
opponents who could be interesting at 147 now are the likes of Lejarraga, Formella, Zepeda, Dulorme, Mbenge, Abdukhakorov, Kelly, Ray Robinson...
