alchemist is on another planet from statik. and i like both of them

nah. alchemist is cool in small doses, but his style is repetitive and droning, making it impossible for me to appreciate a whole album with his beats. he simply isn't versatile. listen to what statik has done with term, action bronson, and so many other heads. his shyt is far more melodic and soulful, compared to the cold and calculating drum heavy results we get from alc. no hate, but statik has def surpassed him in the past year.

It's clear you're not very familiar with Alc's work, friend. Alchemist is actually one of the best when it comes to soulful/melodic stuff.

I mean this is from last year (probably the best beat from last year)

that ain't soulfull?

dude doesn't just have one style breh. Yeah, what you described is his signature "sound", but he is WAY more versatile than you think he is.

They both use the same sound everytime. Pretty boring actually. They both not mainstream. They both don't make memorable music. Nothing that made me go :ahh:
:snoop:

you need an ear check up breh...

Alchemist has plenty classics he is definitely legendary status. Statik is good but he doesn't have that certain next level shyt.
