The thing is that they(doctors office) get you to sign papers saying you will be responsible for all bills if insurance does not cover. Try contacting your insurance company and doctors office billing dept. Sometimes they screw up

that's how it always is bruh. my wife works for a major healthcare provider, so we know all the ins/outs and shananigans they pull.

Blood work, xrays, are notorious shyts that insurers don't cover if you read the fine print. It's rediculous.

:ohhh: Sounds like doctor office need to adjust the code they used to submit claim. Contact doctors office.


Edit: They should adjust for you if you a new patient and want to keep your business. Doctors no better than a landscaper.

You definitely need to get familiar with everything your insurance company allows... You never want to be in the dark about things. They usually have downloadable PDF files on their website that outlines what is covered and what isn't... Atleast my provider does :manny:
