I personally don't view Indians as black because to me blackness requires our hair texture as well as our skin color but if the Dravidians wanna be down cause they do face a lot of discrimination because of their dark skin color, I wouldn't say no.

Once again, skin color has never been the only phenotypical marker for blackness. Our hair texture has always been the other marker. Blackness is defined by our skin AND curly/kinky hair. Obviously we also got mulattos that have less dark skin and/or less kinky hair and they are still black given the societal norms we've grown up under.
