There are areas in the tri state where blacks are outnumbered by Latinos. Not only do we have Latinos, we have Italians, many of whom are "connected" and who make it clear they hate moulinyans

I'm talking about the percentage of Mexicans relative to the percentage of blacks. The % of blacks in Chicago is still significantly higher than the % of Mexicans. Once the % of Mexicans reaches and surpasses that of the % of blacks like in LA, the Mexicans will start attacking blacks as they do everywhere else.

The only reason Mexicans seem docile is because they are afraid to strike out as a function of being outnumbered.

What "black peoples jobs" Mexicans are taking over? Mexicans are taking over ALL JOBS!!!!! They work hard, have no aspirations or pretensions to reach upper management level, they are comfortable with the minimum wage, and comfortable with being average. That's why they are views as desirable by employers, that's why they are dominating the labor scene. White, black, asian, indian, mexicans taking over all the labor rackets. If you don't have certs or a specialized skill in 2016.......
