Not at all I'm for protecting them but that was a premature stoppage. Give him a count and see where he is. If he goes down again or he's shaky you stop it. It's too early in the fight to stop it.

watching it live I thought it shouldve been called a knockdown because looked like the ropes held him up. I didnt like the stoppage, but on the replay I could see why the ref stopped it a lil better. but Nunez didnt protest at all so that means he didnt know where he was for a moment there.
