It would only make sense if he faced Lashley, Riddle or MAYBE Aleister Black.
Knowing how this ladder match ends, this video package upsets me. Until Fully Loaded, all it does is show HHH making jokes and being funny, while the Rock gives him that work at most every turn. Chyna does more to fukk up the Rock in the lead up to this than HHH did.
