honestly, there was a way to do this story that wasn't as corny if they had been planning for months. trade new day for AA in the superstar shakeup. have commentary and fans questioning why raw would trade the longest standing tag champs ever for two unprovens. give them a title shot without them even earning it but kurt never really interracts with them directly. then you eventually reveal that kurt is jason's dad. months later if you wanna break up AA/turn them heel reveal that JJ was just manipulating kurt the whole time.
