Word? I loved that. Hitchock wasn't afraid to let the scary thing remain undefined or not explained. That always made it scarier to me. Even in Psycho, he didn't WANT to include the reasoning for Norman in the end but the studio forced him to. And even then, it's still vague enough to creep me out

Plus there’s nothing scary about it.

I don’t watch horror films often because I get easily scared by them and that shyte isn’t fun but there will never be anything scary about regular old birds you could kill with one hand.

i think i am just character driven so the motivation gets me invested, but its a preference thing no right or wrong answer
