Yeah to clarify I believe Count 3 was him kidnapping with the use of the gun and it was not guilty because there was no evidence of a gun being used. Count 4 was him allegedly pistol whipping Tekashi during the kidnapping and also not guilty because obviously if there's no proof of a gun then how can he pistol whip him (also Tekashi said he didn't remember whether they pistol whipped him or not). However they are currently appealing the guilty verdict for Count 2 based on the not guilty for count 3.

Sentencing for Nuke is February 19 and sentencing for Harv is February 26.
