I understood what you said.
I said yes or no to prevent you adding assumptions or anything extra.
Now do you understand that it's possible that 69 will have to serve all 47 years in prison? Yes or no

I answered your question in my previous post. Anything is possible, so yes, it’s possible that he serves his 47 year minimum mandatory. But based on his testimony, it’s way more likely that the prosecution will find that he provided substantial assistance and file the proper motion to pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 5K.1.

Since we’re asking dumb questions about anything being possible; do you think it’s possible the jury doesn’t find reasonable doubt and the defendants get convicted.

Yes it's possible but seeing how weak their case is it's most likely they will go free of all charges and 69 will have to serve his 47 years in prison seeing that he lied to the feds. It's cool tho i don't care if that snitch have to sit for 47 years. Free harv and nuke though. They didn't snitch or fold. We go see tomorrow though how everything go

nikka you not verified on thecoli until another poster verifies you. You verify in person. You be in the Atlanta thread. Are you in Atlanta? I would be more than happy to meet up and vouch for who you are. If you’re not in Atlanta, meet up with a poster from the place you in. That’s the only way to truly verify who you are. Everything else must be taken with a grain of salt.

The prosecution doesn’t credit or find or determine anything; the judge does.

determining if a defendant has fulfilled his cooperation and is eligible for a sentence reduction is in the sole discretion of the prosecutor. It’s a standard term in basically every federal plea agreement and the federal rules of criminal procedure.

There have been cases where a snitch lies on the stand and gets demolished, but the government still wins. The government can find him not credible and not file for a sentence reduction and there’s not shyt a judge can do about it. There have been cases where a snitch does everything right l, but the government still loses, and the government still files.

Look up rule 5K1 and 35. Both sections have the phrase, upon the government’s motion. No government motion, judge doesn’t get to decide shyt.

How does someone like 69 go into witness protection ?

This isn’t like some mob guy from philly in the late 70s-80s relocating to Montana ..

I just don’t see how it’s possible

- the crazy face tats

- the face 69 will go from living the life of a rap “star” to what selling insurance In Nebraska— doubt it

If anyone watches better call Saul I picture 69’s time in Nebraska to be similar to Sauls

Plus you know as soon as someone notices it’s him in person they’re gonna take a sneak pic and post it on the net...with their location.

Witness protection isn't like it use to be

Witness protection now= a low fed camp that only has snitches ( they have one in coleman fl that's separate from the other camps in coleman)

And once he gets out he might move some where in the south until somebody takes a pic of him and post it on social media

The feds aint protecting nobody once they get out and they don't care about them
